Shipping/Returns Policy

All orders over $100 posted to addresses within Australia are DELIVERED FREE by Express Post. For Australian orders of less than $100 the Express Post is $10 per order.

All orders to New Zealand are delivered by surface mail at $20 per order. All international orders (outside Australia and New Zealand) are delivered by surface mail at $30 per order.

When you place an order we include postage based on your location. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. All transactions in our online store are encrypted and secure.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

WARRANTY RETURNS
We pride ourselves on our customer service and the quality of Stoney Creek products. Please contact us before returning any product for warranty repair.

OTHER RETURNS
You must advise us before returning items within 7 days of delivery. Returned goods must be in 'as new' shop condition.
